<p>O bilionário Elon Musk, dono do X (ex-Twitter), provocou o ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), após a rede social voltar a funcionar para alguns usuários no Brasil. A plataforma foi suspensa por ordem do magistrado no fim de agosto por descumprimento de medidas judiciais.</p>
<p>Em seu perfil na rede social, Musk escreveu: “Qualquer magia suficientemente avançada é indistinguível da tecnologia”. O post foi feito na madrugada desta quarta-feira (dia 18) após a plataforma driblar o bloqueio imposto pelo STF.</p>
<p><strong>COMO ESCUDO</strong> &#8211; O X mudou o registro de seus servidores, segundo o jornal O Globo, usando um novo software conhecido como “proxy reverso”, que atua como um “escudo”.</p>
<p>A publicação de Musk é a adaptação de uma frase do escritor de ficção científica Arthur C. Clarke, autor de “2001: Uma Odisseia no Espaço”, que disse: “Qualquer tecnologia suficientemente avançada é indistinguível da magia”.</p>
<p>A empresa de Musk contratou a Cloudfare, que oferece serviços do tipo a mais de 23 milhões de empresas no mundo, incluindo grandes empresas e bancos brasileiros. Com a ferramenta, o X consegue criar obstáculos para o bloqueio à rede social no país, mesmo com ordem da Justiça.</p>
<p><strong>NOVO BLOQUEIO</strong> &#8211; Basílio Rodríguez Perez, conselheiro da ABRINT (Associação Brasileira dos Provedores de Internet e Telecomunicações) aponta que “o X passou a funcionar com um novo software, que não está mais usando os IPs da rede social, mas da Cloudflare”.</p>
<p>O especialista afirma que não é “simples de bloquear” novamente a rede social e que uma nova suspensão da rede social só poderá ser realizada se restringir “uma série de serviços legítimos e necessários” que usam o sistema da Cloudfare.</p>

			<div class="comment-content"><p>Só mesmo alguém com a mente totalmente dominada pelos conceitos de esquerda não é capaz ou tem dificuldade para perceber ou aceitar que Alexandre de Moraes tem lado nas decisões que toma! E mesmo quem percebe não entende que o lado do ministro não tem nada a ver com a esquerda diretamente. Não é uma posição ideológica, não é um reconhecimento de que o regime de governo proposto pela esquerda é melhor. Moraes não é marxista, socialista ou tem algum viés social para defender suas posições. E também não é contra o socialismo ou o que prega o conservadorismo de direita. A única coisa que ele pratica é a busca pelo poder, por se manter no poder que obteve depois que tomou posse no Supremo Tribunal Federal. Mas, ele só chegou onde chegou e se manterá nessa posição se garantir o poder de quem realmente o detém, e que não é ele. Ponto final!</p>

			<div class="comment-content"><p>Existe uma lei que regula a acesso dos usuários btasileiros a &#8216;web&#8217;. É o Marco Civil da Internet, que (ainda) está em vigor. O ministro PCC, acometido de um surto de psicopatia, emitiu ordens que violavam essa lei. O X recorreu, os recursos foram ignorados; antes de formalmente negar os recursos, o psicopata impôs multas milionárias à empresa e ameaçou os represetantes legais da empresa de PRISÃO.</p>
<p>Em vez de ficar na janela fazendo proselitismo pro chefe do gabinete de jagunços do stf, dê uma lida no Marco Civil da Internet e na CR/88 (que proibe expressamente censura a prévia) e diga quais artigos da lei o X violou.</p>
